The perfect class to combine with your yoga practice, fitness routine or physical therapy regiment, Roll + Refine integrates the self-massage techniques and tools of The Roll Model® Method, the stabilizing exercises of Yoga Tune Up® and yoga poses. Students will learn myofascial release and muscular engagement to educate 'body blind spots' and improve their overall performance and awareness. Expect to practice creative, nuanced sequencing with a sense of humor and stoke a relationship with your body, breath and mind built on compassion, curiosity and resilience.

The perfect combination of a mindful flow, playful stabilizing exercises and fascia-friendly massage techniques! Expect to practice creative sequencing with a sense of humor and stoke a relationship with your body, breath and mind built on compassion, curiosity and resilience. In artful addition to yoga asana and Pilates inspired exploration, this class utilizes The Roll Model® Method tools and self-massage techniques to facilitate myofascial release along with breathing exercises and guided relaxation to stimulate vagal tone.
